FOG Flashback 7/15/1999, Graeme's first game

AP Seattle, WA
Last night the Fog were scheduled to play at 6.30 only to face yet another team that had to forfeit, this league is freaking ghetto trash.
Note pitching on 27 years rest found a little groove and other than a ball that was drilled to left center, the score keeper wasn't sure if it was a 4 base error on Mikey G or a Home Run, Note didn't give up any other hits. The defense backed him with errorless ball, and for once Note's batting wasn't an issue, because he hit like a pitcher.
The Fog were also a little shorthanded. Normal shortstop, Joe "The Freaking Laser" Gerlitz, was sitting out his one game suspension for not wearing underwear in the previous game and the whereabouts of Cook are still unknown. But a risky move by the Fog proved genius. The Fog activated 1st round draft pick Graeme Hansen from their single A affiliate, Castle Rock Dung Slingers, and he had an amazing game in the field, he had a hard time adjusting to the mush ball, but that was to be anticipated hence the low batting spot.
Next week the Fog look forward to the return of Joey G, and fantasy owners will have to wait till game time to see if Graeme is still in the line up or shagging flies for the Dung Slingers.
